LensWatch now tracks colored lenses too

Starting this month we include colored contact lenses in the daily price comparison. You will find them under the "Colored lenses" type as soon as the first feeds land.

As with regular lenses we compare per box and normalize to a monthly price, so cosmetic and corrective variants line up fairly.
